Snorkeling was great with lots of fish. It's a good idea to bring your own snorkeling mask (they give you a used one and don't clean it), and the life vests are one size fits all, so they might be too small. There are a lot of foreigners. Jude, the receptionist, was very quick and helpful with her replies. > > My group of 4 had 2 discovery dives with the bbq lunch. The whole experience started with trying on the dive suits and boots (the equipment were new and felt professional). We had a short briefing on how to conduct ourselves during the dive (breathe consistently and keep our hands to ourselves) and then we were off! My friends were initially apprehensive but the friendliness and experience of our master divers eventually calmed them down. > > During the dive, one dive master was paired with two of us and we literally did not have to do anything as the master divers propelled us forward, took care of our BCDs and took care to point out the beautiful fishes and corals. There were lots of fishes and a huge variety. It was a completely eye opening experience to see a whole new world underwater, teeming with life. The diving spots were not too deep either, which was great for beginner divers like us who initially found diving intimidating. > > After the two dives, we had bbq lunch which was AWESOME! There were roasted fish, satays, chicken, prawns, calamari and puso. The food was cooked on the spot and was ready for us after the dive. When the boat stopped at a snorkeling spot, strangers boarded and began soliciting seafood. Lunch and drinks were provided, so I unsuspectingly drank mango juice and coconut milk. Then they demanded 500 pesos, which upset all the foreign tourists on board. I felt like I'd been ripped off. **Reply from the owner:** > Thank you for your review. But it is quite difficult as they are going on every boats in the area and coming from every directions... Just be aware that we usually do a briefing before the tour where we explain not to buy to these vendors, that are external from our company. The friendly staff made for a fun day. The boat was like a water strider, and the staff provided excellent support, making snorkeling safe even for those who aren't confident swimmers. For lunch, the staff grilled skewers, squid, and chicken thighs over charcoal on the boat and brought them to our table on plates. There wasn't a huge variety, but it was satisfying.
